Assistant Manager : Customer Service & Public Relations Responsibilities: - To attend to customer / patient grievances tactfully and professionally via the telephone, face to face, email or mail correspondence - To provide a high standard of service and support to all customers/patients - To adhere the protocol on visits of VIPs, Royalty, Ministers, Ambassadors, Head of States - To maintain good communication links with all hospital’s consultants and staffs - To provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds our customers/patients expectations Requirements: - Diploma/Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years working experience in customer service or front office in a service oriented organization - Able to work independently, with minimal supervision - Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written Applicants should forward a detailed resume stating qualifications, expected salary, contact telephone number and a recent passport-sized photograph to the following address by or before 16 September 2010 to: Human Resources Department Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur 3rd Floor, Block B No. 8, Jalan Bukit Pantai 59100 Kuala Lumpur Only shortlisted candidates will be notified Closing Date: 16 September 2010 |
