We are looking for highly dynamic professionals who are results driven to join us in the following position:

1. Branding Executive

Responsibilities:

•Actively participate in Brand Planning and formulating Brand Plans to achieve agreed organizational target.
•Execute brand plan action items and support the Brand Manager.
•Monitor and report various aspects of brand performance through field visits, trade responses on a regular basis.

Requirements:
•Possess a Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Fresh graduate / 1-2 years experience in brand management.
•Strong communications and interpersonal skills – fluency in BM & English.
•Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
•Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.
•Micro CEO attitude is a must.


2. Loyalty Marketing Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

-Evaluating and prioritising CRM initiatives based on marketing calendar and company strategic directions.
-Tailor made plans and scheduling of loyalty initiatives for roll outs to support online business unit.
-Planning the application upgrades if any pertaining to current customer database management.
-Initiate collaborative with other business relevant to the organization needs.
-Analytical which includes # of CRM activities planned and delivered, ROI on each CRM activity and customer value growth.
-Build customers satisfaction, retention and loyalty programs.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Degree holder majoring in Business or Marketing, or minimum 3 year experience on the job.
-Required language(s): English and BM – proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
-Preferably Executives specializing in Loyalty Marketing or equivalent.
-Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.

3. Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

-To handle all incoming post sales inquiries on products, policies, services, billing and payment.
-To handle inquiries via all media channels both inbound and outbound.
-To represent the company appropriately to all customer segments and partners.
-To assist the Customer Support Manager achieve his / her targets.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field, or minimum 1 year experience on the job.
-Required language(s): English and BM – proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
-Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.

4. Merchant Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

-Work hand in hand with Merchant Marketing Manager to acquire merchants for online business.
-Create leads, touchbase, follow up and secure merchants, through effective English or BM presentations.
-Assist the Merchant Marketing Manager in achieving his / her targets.

Requirements:
-Possess a Degree, preferably in any Business disciple, or extensive experience in account management or merchant acquisition.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Fresh graduate / 1-2 years experience in merchant acquisition(with Degree) / 5 years on the job experience (no degree).
-Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.
-Energetic and enthusiastic with the capacity to apply extra effort when occasions demand and willing to work long hours if necessary.

5. Commercial Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

-Accountable and responsible for ensuring the day-to-day commercial operations of the online business.
-Monitor the Service Level performance of all the service provider internally & externally.
-Assist the Commercial Operations Senior Executive in achieving his/her targets.

Requirements:
-Possess a Degree, preferably in any field, or extensive experience in commercial operations management
-Fresh graduate / 1-2 years experience in commercial management (with Degree) / 5 years on the job experience (no degree)
-Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Energetic and enthusiastic with the capacity to apply extra effort when occasions demand and willing to work long hours if necessary

6. Delivery Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

-Accountable and responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery operations of the online business fulfillment.
-Monitor the Service Level performance of all the service provider internally & externally in terms of delivery.
-Assist the Delivery Operations Manager in achieving his targets.

Requirements:
-Possess a Degree, preferably in any Engineering field, or extensive experience in parcel logistic management
-Fresh graduate / 1-2 years experience in parcel / courier logistics management (with Degree) / 5 years on the job experience (no degree)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines
-Energetic and enthusiastic with the capacity to apply extra effort when occasions demand and willing to work long hours if necessary
-Solution provider, not a show stopper.


7. Delivery Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

-Accountable and responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery operations of the online business fulfillment by having a “hands on” management of the operations.
-Responsible for the budgeting and control of operation costs, both direct and indirect and for the implementation and control of approved budget.
-Organize, coach and manage staff within the unit and work with functional groups to ensure that day-to-day operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with major key customers as well as to ensure the achievement of all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction.
-Monitor the Service Level performance of all the service provider internally & externally in terms of delivery.

Requirements:
-Minimum Degree in any Engineering field, or extensive experience in logistic management.
-Preferably Manager specializing in Courier / Parcel Operations or equivalent.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Must possess in-depth hands-on experience in handling a diversity of product models including new products development and transfers.
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.
-Good knowledge of planning, quality control and performance monitoring.
-Energetic and enthusiastic with the capacity to apply extra effort when occasions demand and willing to work long hours if necessary.

8. Direct Mail Marketing Unit - Head

Responsibilities:

-Responsible to set the direction and strategies for Pos Malaysia’s Direct Mail Marketing activities.
-Owns the Direct Mail Marketing Unit financial and brand targets.
-Owns the overall performance of the Unit.
-Hands on and passionate in making the Direct Mail Marketing venture a success.

Requirements:
-Minimum a Degree holder, preferably a Masters in Business, with a passion for Marketing, or a vast experience in Business to Business sales & marketing.
-Proven track record in business development and sales channel management – a background in media agency is beneficial but not essential.
-Strong business acumen, communications and interpersonal skills is essential.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
-A passionate teacher who is takes pride in developing people.
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.

9. Online Business Unit - Head

Responsibilities:

-Responsible to set the direction and strategies for Pos Malaysia’s online business ventures.
-Owns the online business financial and brand targets.
-Owns the overall performance – fulfillment delivery & product online sales – as well as merchant acquisition.
-Hands on and passionate in making the online business venture a success.

Requirements:
-Minimum a Degree holder, preferably a Masters in Marketing or Business, with a passion for Online Sales & Marketing, or a vast experience in managing a successful online business.
-Proven track record in brand development and sales channel management – a background in media agency is beneficial but not essential.
-Business-to-business marketing experience preferred.
-Strong business acumen, communications and interpersonal skills is essential.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
-A passionate teacher who is takes pride in developing people.
-Ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.
