Job Description :
Jawatan Kosong Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad

1. MANAGER - FINANCE (TAXATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

1. MANAGER - FINANCE (TAXATION)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Establish Group Tax compliance process
- Coordinate and liaise with tax agents for annual tax submission
- Coordinate with subsidiaries Finance Managers on tax matters
- Provide tax planning services for the MAHB Group
- Providing tax input on various operations matters and projects undertaken by MAHB Group

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting any other degree with specialization in Accounting with 5 years working experience in Finance with at least 3 years exposure in taxation matters such as tax compliance matters and tax planning activities
- Professional Accounting Qualification such as MIA, MICPA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA
- Good working knowledge in Company Taxation


2. EXECUTIVE - FOOD & BEVERAGE (CHEF DE PARTIE)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Direct the preparation, planning and construct kitchen culinary development
- Plan and price menu items, order supplies and keeps records and accounts
- Supervises and participate in cooking and baking of the preparation of foods
- Writes weekly schedules according to business and projected goals for staffs
- Handle overall improvement of product and recipe development

Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution with at least 2 years experience in food operations industry
- Posses strong management and interpersonal skills
- Throughout knowledge of menu writing methods, food & beverage operations and menu engineering
- Effectively manage and administer an operating budget, food research, process improvement, strategic planning, verbal communication, food sanitation, safety management, emphasizing excellence, vision, management proficiency, quality focus


3. EXECUTIVE - COPRORATE LEGAL (OVERSEAS VENTURES)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure and assist OVD Legal manager to comply with the requirement of the existing legal system
- Assist OVD Legal Manager in identifying and recommending any legal issues in any contracts / agreements entered by the Company with the other international counterpart
- Assists OVD Legal Manager to ensure compliance by the Company of any other terms and conditions as may be conditional to any agreement/contract entered by the Company in respect of its international investment, includes shareholders agreement, financing agreements and other security documents
- Updating OVD Legal Manager/OVD GM on any tasks performed and keeps updating any status report/record on such performance for the benefit of the Company
- Handling ground works required to be done/executed in order to achieve certain target

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Law/International Law related disciplined
- 2 years working experience in related to Airport Legal and/or General Business Law/International Law
- Good working knowledge in corporate & legal matters relating to various international airport ventures
- Good exposure in preparing international based agreements and involved in international projects
- Knowledgeable in Commercial Laws, Contracts and Agreeme
- Able to communicate effectively for international’s legal aspects involving outside parties/international level


4. MANAGER - LAND DEVELOPMENT

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research, analyzing demands and trends of the property sector, industry benchmarking and business intelligence for new business opportunities
- Formulate property development strategic plans and translate key strategies into business and marketing action plans
- Implement the marketing action plans and organize promotional programs, branding exercise and advertising activities for property investment activities promotion
- Execute financial and business evaluations of investment proposals, projects and strategic partnership for development project
- Negotiate and explore other possible ventures with objectives of maximizing benefits from the proposed land deals
- Solicit processes, address issues, monitor performance and progress by fostering close relationship with government agencies, consultants, strategic partners, property players, stakeholders and all related authorities for the successful implementation of the approved business ventures

Requirements:
- Degree in any business discipline preferably in Economics/Finance/Property /Real Estate Management
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in property environment with exposure in market research, financial and business analysis, property marketing and business development


5. SENIOR EXECUTIVE - LAND DEVELOPMENT

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, organizing and controlling of the projects from inception to successful completion by ensuring deadline, cost, quality and safety requirements are met
- Prepare Land Development master plan and details of plan
- Compilation of inventory of airport facilities and infrastructure, amenities and equipment for future planning and development or enhancement projects
- Liaise, manage and co-ordinate the external consultants, contractors and on-site staff to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Provide input and advice on the projects in terms of materials, construction methods, best practices and costing estimates to management
- Oversea all tenders, appointments and procurement matters in respect of external consultants, contractors and suppliers

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Town Planning/ Quantity Survey
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in property related development, consultancy or project management
