IKLAN JAWATAN KEKOSONGAN SEBAGAI SETIAUSAHA SULIT BANK KERJASAMA RAKYAT MALAYSIA

    As per our telecoversation regarding the matter above. This is our email and you may conatct me at 017-4048659 or 016-4529105.
    The incident happened at approx. 9pm two days ago and the next morning I went back to inform the matter to the store manager and a few staff. By that time the otehr staff learned that there was a gaduh semalam but the truth is, it is not gaduh but a very rude Kedah malay girl victimising and prejudicing and descriminating against an OKU. I clarified to a few staff and the store manager and leaned that they indeed have problem with change as the bank refuses to change for them.

    I have done nothing to receive such treatment but only went in to buy 2 pieces of Gardenia bread because I was having gastric pain.

    1. She refused to process the sale of RM1.20 being the price for 2 pieces of Gardenia Chocolate bun.

    2. She accused me of coming to break change to ride a bus

    3. She spoke to me very rudely

    4. She then make about 10-20 customers behind wait just because she refuses to process my sale. Obvoiusly they all can se how silly this Malay girl is. If you playback the CCTV, even the japanese people were agreeing with me.

    5. She later said I should buy more than RM2.00 and I immediately took another 2 pieces of the same bread but she then say, now I will not process the sale because you are were being too smart saying change can be obtained from the "drop" Cash machine under the counter(assumably like 7-11. Iw as jut asking her because I cannot believe that she did not have change for RM10 and I propsoed to let otehrs ay and when she has enough change, she is able to process my items but she replied, TAK BOLEH..., BABI, SIAL, PERGI TEMPAT LAIN, SAYA TAK MAHU JUAL. REPEATED SCOLDED ME BABI! Tak MAHU JUAL? Is this inline with the companies act?

I replied to her, " Kamu telah buat andaian(wrongly assume) melulu bahawa saya datang untuk "pecah duit", she became worst and then I told her she fitnah(accused me wrongly) and he still did not realise and was not remorseful and I had to tell her it is sinfull to fitnah and she replied that I just joined Muslm ad is arrogan. There are more muslism in China compred in Malaysia many folds and long before it it practiced in malaysia. Even in the kitab, it isay pandang the negeri China(east) to learn.

    8. From the incident, First she accused me wrongly and she was harshed and embarrased me and I even proposed to wait for others to go first for her to get enough change to process my sale or RM1.20 item whereby I gave RM10.00

    7. Why does she need to lie that she has a degree?

    9. Why does she need to lie that she is native Penang girl when is from Kedah? WHy is is not prode of Kedah?

    10., Why does she need to say, " Buang kerja, buang kerja lah..she does not even respect the manager or the management ? "

    11. In some communities, when a business entity do not prepare enough change it is a setback of the seller and normally they apologize. It is their responsibility. It is the nature of the relationship(one-many) and just RM1.00 change per customer, it would already been RM200 for 200 customers.
    The society would agree that it is the shop that falls short of ther service. I she expecting buying things from Happy mart to be likened to taking a Rapid Bus where we have to prepare exact change?

    12. Our society is sensitive toward OKUa nd supportive towards them. Some old fashion headed persons may still look at them as inferior and they wold step on them. Pyschologically, these are low people who are bullied by any because of the low earning capasity and education and they had no one who they can bully so the will pick on the weak and OKU. She shows how mentally and phsysically poor.

  2. 13. Happy should during the interview phase ask, "Are you willing to serve customers politely?". One can be firm and polite at the same time. I have never heard " GOOD MORNING " OR " HELLO " and there is no "Thank You" after the sale transaction oin that branch anyway. Sometimes we udnersatnd that some people are not unfriendly or rude, but they are segan and introvert in nature. Why 7-11 can do it? Why Mc. Donald's can do it? Neutral is fine as long as they are not rude!

    14. In some branches, a pioneer staff from Kelantan, or some other more backward states comes over and then they will eventually get a few friends in and then perhaps then they felt that hey are the boss and we customers are at their mercy to buy things. This Kamung Syndrome must stop!
    If the cannot adapt to international por common standards, it's best that they do not come and work in Penang. Normally the face is unfriendy, they role their eye and they will park their car or families car in front to show off. Come on! We know how much a store associate makes a month, who are they fooling? "Senyum pun tak". A buying experience is a bad one at Happy Mart! Even from the hand gestures and bodi language. Sometimes they balance is just banged on the table. PEOPLE COME INTO A WELL ESTABLISHED CHAIN STORE NOT ONLY TO BUY BUT FOR THAT NICE POSITIVE FEELING!!!! UGLY MART!!!! Bayangkan aksi sebegini diraka dan dimainkan di YOU TUBE! Malukan. Ini semuanya tak sepatutnya terjadi.

    15. If this silly Kedah girl being a senior is not corrected, the rest will follow. Even big campanie like Singapore Airlines did a spring cleaning!
    Please have this problem rectified. I may writte a brief version to the CM and other ministries(Registrear of companies), Kementerian Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri etc., Consumers.

    WHAT DID ALL HAPPY SDN BHD DO TO GET SUCH A BIADAB KEDAH GIRL? NOT ALL ORANG LUAR IS BAD. SOME IN FACT MANY ARE NICE AND THEY WORK IN CONVENIENT STORES. PERAK IS QUITE OKAY! THIS GIRL IS REALLY TERRIBLE! I DON'T EVEN WANT TO ASK FOPR AN APOLOGY!
    IF SHE DOESN'T RESPECT OTHERS INCLUDING THE CUSTOMER WHOM SHE IS RESPONSIBLE TO SERVE AND COMPANY SHE TAKES SALARY FROM, THEN THE LEAST SHE SHOULD RESPECT HERSELF AND BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY BEING A MALAY MUSLIM GIRL(GADIS MELAYU).
    THE KAMPUNG-STYLED NEED-TO-WIN Type mentality is just so distasteful to the ears.

    I will go around and see if this Komtar Branch isthe only one with the problem or the rest are also like that and if this is due to staffing or training problem.



    Very disgusted and dissapointed and ashamed this happened in the year 2011 and in PENANG, BIKIN MALU!!

    If your management had after intened to investigate and inform me of the outcome and step taken, you may inform me. Fi no it's fine, I have better things to do with my time. I cannot be wasting my time each time a "cempera biawak" kampong folk decides to be idiotic!
