Malaysia Airlines’ Malaysia Contact Centre (MYCC) invites applications from suitable candidates as part timers to work from anywhere or even at home. The part-timers will complement the present Contact Centre team members working at MYCC. Through our Call Centre Transformation programme (CCTP) initiatives, we have built the necessary foundation and capability to support agents working from anywhere. Attractive remuneration package awaits. All applications will be screened and shortlisted candidates will subsequently undergo formal training to be a part-time MYCC Contact Centre agent. The trainings will be conducted in-house by our qualified Trainers.
