Manager Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree or higher or 4 years of work experience in lieu of a degree required -3 or more years of experience in a team management capacity within customer services oriented industry -Must Have experience managing diverse work groups including planning, staffing, disciplining and directing -Strong written/ spoken English is required -Able to work night shift 2. Team Lead Requirements: -4 years of work experience in the Hospitality industry or equivalent customer service environment, providing exemplary customer service to individual and organizations. -Team Lead experience -Strong written/ spoken English is required -Able to work night shift 3.
